01. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the 989bd platform and all its services ("Company", "we", "us") and you ("user", "member", "you"). By using the 989bd website, app, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to stop using our platform. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are equally important and form an inseparable part of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use 989bd's services. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. The Company may request proof of identity at any time for age verification purposes.

2.2 Account Creation Requirements

• Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• A government-issued ID (national identity card, passport) may be required for account verification.
• Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.
• An account may not be opened in the name of a third party.

2.3 Registration Process

03. Account Security

To add funds to 989bd, we support the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposited funds must always come from a payment method registered in the account owner's name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• The Company reserves the right to verify any transaction and may hold deposits if necessary.

4.2 Withdrawal

The following rules regarding withdrawals must be followed:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal timeframe: generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus is in progress — see the bonus section for details.
• In the case of suspicious activity, the Company reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 989bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate will be applied automatically.

05. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

989bd offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• ৳14,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 20x wagering to be completed before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not including the deposit). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within a specified time limit — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• All bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time at the Company's discretion.

• Bonuses are provided for entertainment purposes only; winnings are not guaranteed.

06. Gaming Rules

989bd offers casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, etc.), sports betting, and various virtual games. The following rules apply when playing these games:

• Fair play guarantee: All games on 989bd use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from game providers — no outcome is predetermined.
• Technical errors: If a game is interrupted due to server issues or connection loss, the Company will attempt to refund the bet where applicable.
• Betting limits: Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game. These limits will be displayed within the game.
• Sports betting: The Company reserves the right to accept bets and adjust odds. If a match is cancelled, bets will be settled according to standard rules.
• Winnings: Prizes won at the end of a game will be automatically credited to the account, subject to any applicable bonus terms.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 989bd and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposits if they occur:

• Creating multiple accounts or exploiting the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Any kind of fraudulent activity — using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Colluding with other users or creating fraudulent betting patterns.
• Operating an account on behalf of or with the participation of minors.

If the Company identifies any of the above violations, it will conduct an investigation and reserves the right to take necessary legal action. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.

• If the service must be temporarily suspended due to unavoidable circumstances (force majeure).

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by the Company

989bd reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Bonus abuse.
• Providing false identity information.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. To do so, email [email protected] or contact us via live chat. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance subject to any applicable wagering requirements.
